When I heard the final dismissal bell, I ran home with more enthusiasm than I had in a few hundred years. I needed to go home and sort out the week’s events and I knew exactly what I could do to help me with this. First though, I needed food.
I came in through the kitchen door and let my schoolbag bang on the floor. I filled a measuring cup with 2 cups of water while I found the ramen in the pantry. I turned the tap and poured the water in a pot, waiting (quite impatiently) for it to boil. When it finally began to bubble, I added the noodles and then the delicious pork flavoring and proceeded t

After what had happened at Sweetblood’s, I couldn’t concentrate no matter what I was doing or where I was. I was thankful I knew my school assignments like the back of my hand; otherwise, I would have been in deep academic shit.
Speaking of which, school had been odd as well. No, not much had changed, really, except for the fact that I was more aware of my surroundings than ever. Days passed: at home, father came and went, but at school, we prepared for Halloween and it could be seen everywhere.

i haven't written and i really want to type up and post some more of blade's story but i barely have time to fit in necessities as is. it might be after i get out of school when that happens but that's june 16th so its not that far away. when that happens, i'll be on and more creative.
